How many times have you had the task of running a meeting - trying hard to get things done...while at the same time you are working to get everyone involved, hurrying to take notes, walking back and forth to write on flip charts.Running a successful meeting can seem, as the quote at right says "like trying to catch many frogs with one hand".

AdVantage Consulting’s Facilitation Skills Program will help participants dramatically increase their effectiveness when facilitating a meeting or ongoing project. Whether during larger team meetings, smaller staff meetings, or when seeking consensus with one or two business colleagues, individuals who participate in this course will learn to more successfully manage the input and communication of ideas, as well as encourage commitment and follow-through from others. Participants will also learn to manage meeting time and expectations of those involved.
