Our “Network ” ModelOur AdVantage Consulting Associates bring decades of experience in Behavioral Science and Results Oriented Business Management to your organization’s challenges. We use Organizational Development Generalists, who have a vast range of experiences across organizations and industries. No matter what your industry, corporate culture, size or situation, we are likely to have seen similar problems and helped others work through them. We leverage a network of professionals to assist with client projects and initiatives. If the project is complex and requires additional resources, we have them available. If the project requires a solution better provided elsewhere, we will tell you and refer you. We take on work only where we know we can add significant value. This network model enables us to avoid the conflict of interest inherent in traditional consulting firms,where the practice manager is often torn between doing what is right for the client (only assigning consultants with the required expertise) or optimizing their own P&L (moving consultants "off the bench", whether or not they are the best fit for the client).
